Toi Toi Charity Ltd – Teacher in the Paddock

Toi Toi Charity t/a Teacher in the Paddock is operated by Kevin Powell, previously a primary school teacher, and his wife Jane, a gardening and probiotics guru who shares her wealth of knowledge about nutritional food.

Set on 47ha in the bountiful Bay of Plenty, Kevin and Jane lead a sustainable and holistic lifestyle. They grow and process as much of their own food as possible and impart this wisdom with those looking to connect with where real food comes from and nature again.
